Greek Baptism in NYC!
Hope everyone’s holiday season is going well! I traveled into NYC a month ago to photograph the baptism of two adorable twins–children of Valerie and Nicholas, our wedding clients from a few years ago. It was quite a festive day in NYC with the NY Marathon running by just a hundred yards away on 1st Avenue, while peace reigned in the Greek Orthodox Church. The rituals of baptism really involved the godparents and cousins, carrying on the traditions of welcoming children into a family’s culture.
A wonderful celebration followed, moving to midtown at Avra Greek restaurant, definitely worth checking out next time you’re in NYC. Congratulations Valerie and Nicholas and welcome to parenthood…have a great holiday with your children! Click here to view more pics…

Greenwich CT Wedding: Maddie and Dave featured in Style Me Pretty!

Winged Foot Golf Club Wedding: Meryl and Geoff!
Absolutely full of positive energy and joy, Meryl married Geoff (who beamed as well!) on a colorful fall day down in Westchester County. Their day began with Meryl and the girls getting ready at Greenwich’s Delamar Hotel (Meryl in a beautiful Ann Barge dress, and the girls in Monique Lhuillier) while Geoff and the men prepped at the classic Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck where their reception was held.
Following the church service at Rye’s Resurrection Church, the cocktail party kicked off in Winged Foot’s clubhouse with their reception held under the striped canopied porch, decorated with flowers by Emil Yedowitz. Meryl’s father set the tone, roasting and toasting the couple and belting out a Springsteen serenade…too cool. More toasts and high energy dancing ensued to the music of Frank Michael’s Band from Hank Lane.
