If it’s Tuesday afternoon then John Bollash is getting his Zen on, wallpapering to the New Age sounds of WWUH (91.3 FM), the University of Hartford’s college station.

We met John a few years back when he wallpapered our dining room and bathroom.  For the new studio, Shelley, our designer, pitched the idea of papering the ceiling with a big patterned Anthropologie wallpaper.  We almost passed on it…but at the last minute went for it, got John on the phone and he got it done.  So here’s reStore #2:  John of John Bollash Wallpapering in Manchester (phone 860.645.9343).  Thanks John, love the wallpaper!

New York Fashion Week wrapped up this week, and Tuesday I (Mike) was down in Chelsea to photograph backstage at Victoria Beckham’s show for L’Oreal Professionnel.  Quite the bustling scene early in the morning as the girls got prepped…great working with Amanda and Lara from Bratskeir!  Here are some shots from backstage…click here to view more pics.

It was all about the bun…last Thursday at The Standard Hotel in NYC where Jane and I photographed the Houghton show for L’Oreal Professionnel during New York Fashion Week.  Houghton Katharine Polk showcased some great fashion designs while we photographed the girls getting their bun hair styles backstage, then onto the runway show.  A very cool scene–great working with Amanda from Bratskeir and the L’Oreal folks!  Here’s a sneak peek with more coming soon…
