Hammonasset Beach Engagement Shoot: Kal and Ralph
I had a wonderful time getting to know Kal and Ralph at our Hammonasset beach engagement shoot! We had a beautiful evening of climbing rocks and logs, going out on the jetty, and ending up in the water. Kal and Ralph’s easy way with each other made for great photos–I’m so looking forward to their upcoming Hudson Valley wedding!

CT Backyard Wedding with Sperry Tent on the CT Shoreline
I’ve never laughed as hard at a wedding…there I was riding shotgun on the golf cart dash, practically in the bride’s lap, to capture fun images at this CT backyard wedding on the Connecticut shoreline. What a wonderful couple to photograph…contagiously fun and happy people and such a beautiful setting with their Sperry Tent on Long Island Sound!
The bride’s custom Modern Trousseau dress from The White Dress by the Shore fit her personality to a tee. Friends and family relaxed on the lawn with lobster rolls, steamed clams, and a risotto bar catered by Emily’s Catering. Great working with Rose Marie Belo who did the event planning in addition to the lighthouse themed paper via her company, Lettres Stationery from Avon, CT. Thrilled to see the maid-of-honor, Farrell, her husband Darius and their new baby again! We photographed their memorable wedding during Hurricane Irene. Beautiful floral by Farrell’s mom, Jodie, from Thistle Floral Design in Essex!
The entire day was casual and friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting all their friends and family. Congratulations and thanks so much for having me capture your day!

CT Backyard Engagement Shoot: Becca and James
What a pleasure meeting Becca and James last month for their CT backyard engagement shoot at their family home in New Canaan! We had a beautiful afternoon and took a side trip to Waveny Park with its beautiful gardens and the field where they got engaged. Really looking forward to your wedding!
